Can I update my profile anytime?
Yes, you can update your profile anytime from the Auretap dashboard. Changes take place in real-time, meaning your physical NFC card immediately opens the updated content.
Does the NFC card work on all smartphones?
Most modern Android and iPhone devices support NFC tapping. If a device has NFC disabled or lacks hardware support, visitors can simply scan your high-definition QR code located on the back of the card to view the same digital profile.
Can businesses manage multiple employee cards?
Yes. The Business Plan includes a centralized dashboard where company administrators can configure branding, provision card licenses, add new employee profiles, and trace connection analytics.
