Return & Refund Policy

At LED KADA, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our premium LED lighting profiles, fixtures, and controllers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessory components, drivers, mounting clips, and manuals included.
• You must provide the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-cut LED strip light reels or custom-sized profile channels.
• Special order architectural fixtures that are built-to-order based on project designs.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.

3. The Return and Inspection Process

Once we receive your returned package at our Thrissur facility, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our returns criteria. We will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and update you on the approval or rejection of your refund:

• Approved: If the item is in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (or store credit) within 7 to 10 business days.
• Rejected: If the item shows signs of installation, damage, or is missing parts, we will return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value fixtures, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
