We strive to deliver your premium LED lighting products in a safe, timely, and secure manner. Below you will find detailed information regarding our shipping methods, processing timelines, and tracking services.

1. Order Processing Timelines

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please note that customized products (such as profile channels cut to custom lengths or custom-programmed controller hubs) may require an additional 2 to 4 business days for custom preparation before shipment.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer shipping across all districts in Kerala and other select regions in India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during check-out or quotation proposal. Below are standard shipping speed estimates:

3. Local Showroom Pickup

You can skip shipping costs entirely by selecting local pickup at our Thrissur showroom. After placing your order, it will be prepared and ready for pickup within 24 to 48 hours. We will send you an email confirmation when your order is ready, along with instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email and ID when picking up.

4. Shipping to PO Boxes

Due to the length and size of our architectural profile channels (which are often shipped in 2-meter or 3-meter shipping tubes), we are unable to ship large profile materials or linear kits to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid physical delivery address to ensure correct courier fulfillment.
